Warranty Information
The warranty information applies to product sold to end-users by Idealstor or
one of its authorized Value-Added Resellers (VARs) or Distributors. For additional
warranty details and post-warranty service/support options, please contact your
local Idealstor Representative.
Idealstor RMA shipping policies are applicable to shipments within USA and Canada
only. In all other cases the End User should contact the local Distributor /Reseller.

Note: Hard Disks are generally covered by manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 1 to 3 yrs (varies based on the Manufacturer).
After 30 days of purchase, the warranty should be claimed directly from the relevant Manufacturer.
Idealstor Warranty Definitions and Process
Express Exchange Warranty
Idealstor reserves the right to choose, at its sole discretion, Express Exchange of the whole unit or failing parts.
For product that fails during the term of this Warranty, Idealstor will arrange to ship a replacement product or parts
in advance on an Express Exchange basis.
Replacement Product or Parts shall be provided on an exchange basis and may be either new or reconditioned as new.
The Rapid Exchange Product or Parts will be shipped within two(2) business days after receipt of an RMA request from Idealstor Customer Support.
Replacement Products or Parts can be requested by contacting the Idealstor Customer Support Center who will:
1. Diagnose the problem
2. Issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) to ship a replacement Product or Part to the End User
All Express Exchange shipments require a credit card deposit/authorization for security purposes.
All defective Parts or Products for which the replacement is sent by Idealstor, must be returned
to Idealstor within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. There should be no marks or stickers on the returned Disks.
In the event the defective Product or Part is not returned to Idealstor within fifteen (15) business days after
receiving a replacement Product or Part, Idealstor will process the credit card deposit after a final reminder.
Products and Parts shipped to the End User by Idealstor shall be shipped by Fedex Ground on Freight and Insurance
Pre-Paid basis. Idealstor shall not be responsible for any handling fees, import duties or tariffs or delays.
End User is responsible for removal ,replacement , installation and configuration of the failed Product or Part. Return shipment to
Idealstor, freight, insurance and loss or damage of the returned Product or Part are the responsibility of the End User.
Return and Replace Warranty
For product that fails during the term of this Warranty, Idealstor will arrange to ship a replacement only on receipt of the failed product or part.
Replacement Product or Parts may be either new or reconditioned as new.
